Leya the Tiger (レイア・ザ・タイガー Reiz za Taigaa) is a 20 year old anthropomorphic female Mobian tiger and a master healer. She is the second daughter of Antonio and Neva, the step daughter Lilac, the younger sister of Felix and Carmen, the twin sister of Diego, and step-sister of Zarina. She is also the love interest of Blizzard the Tiger.
Leya is a tall and slender tiger with pale blue fur with black stripes, red eyes, navy blue hair and dark blue eye shadow.
Appearance: Pale blue fur with black stripes, long navy blue hair pulled back into a low ponytail and dark blue eye shadow around her red eyes. She wears a dark blue sleeveless top and skirt, brown boots, white gloves.
Personality
Leya is calm and patient. She is kind to everyone, but will react when someone threatens her family.
Abilities
Leya is gifted with the power over water and is a master healer. Due to the Valley's laws, Leya was unable to learn how to infuse her water into combat.
Powers
Water manipulation: Leya inherited the ability to control the element of water.
Healing water: Leya is proficient enough to use her water for healing purposes and is one of the best healers in the Valley.
Water walking: Leya is capable of walking along the surface of water.
Water surfing: Leya can use water to enhance her movements and maneuverability.
Cold resistance: Leya can withstand cold temperatures in water.
Pressure resistance: Leya is able to resist underwater pressures deep in the ocean.
Enhanced speed: Leya possesses enhanced speed, which is further enhanced when she is swimming underwater.
Skills
Extensive knowledge on herbs and poisons, and plants: Leya has an extensive knowledge of the types and applications of various forms of plant-life as well as their medicinal qualities. She knows every type of plant in the Valley is able to identify them.
Weaknesses
Lack of combat: Because of the laws of her people, Leya is unable to learn how to use her water cor combat. Due to that, Leya is unable to protect herself.

Water pockets: Since she is unable to generate her water, Leya carries water pockets with her for easy access to water
